Hi my name is June Parker, I love working with clients to help them and their teams achieve more than they thought they could. As a Master Practioner in NLP, a coach, an experienced manager and business owner, I am a results orientated person who engages with people and through the use of various intervention strategies enables them to learn, grow and change.
I believe my job is a huge privilege! I get the opportunity of walk into organisations, work with some fantastic people, help them achieve huge breakthroughs in their performance, see their results, hear their thanks, and feel wonderful about the impact I have had on their lives.
Accredited as a coach and Master Practioner and trainer of NLP I hold a BA Hons degree in business, majoring in HR and IR, a Post Graduate Diploma in HR, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management & Leadership. I am accredited in the use of many psychometric personality tools and assessment products.
I have worked at a Senior Leadership level for 15 years, with extensive experience managing staff over multiple locations with direct P& L responsibility. I have provided consulting services to clients in many industry sectors including finance and accounting, retail, legal, IT, wholesale, manufacturing and public sector. I have worked in a large international organisation as well as establishing a successful Human Resource Consultancy offering services across all states of Australia and overseas. During my career I have coached and trained hundreds of managers in large and small businesses, in the private and public sector.

To be honest I was quite stressed about the team prior to meeting with you and I didn’t hold out much hope that the training would make a significant difference but I have been blown away by the impact that such a short session has made to my outlook and my teams performance.
