We provide a blend of breakthrough interventions which includes executive coaching, emotional intelligence coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, psychometric assessment, consulting, training and mentoring. We select the best method appropriate in order to facilitate learning and change, which creates performance breakthroughs for our clients.

We offer one on one interventions, group interventions or Performance Breakthrough Challenges.

One on one interventions

We work with individuals to help them achieve their goals. We discover what they want to achieve, where they are now, and devise interventions to bridge the gap. The process is empowering and tailored to the needs of the individual. This may include psychometric assessment, emotional intelligence coaching, 360 degree performance review assessments, NLP and skills development.  Our flexible approach is designed to enable the person to have the performance breakthroughs they need, in order to achieve the results they want.

Our performance breakthrough coaching works with people at all levels within an organisation. This may involve;

  • Developing management capability

  • Personal capability enhancement
  • New manager support

Whilst tailored to individual needs, our coaching process generally involves a comprehensive psychometric assessment, 360 degree evaluation, goal determination, development plan design and execution.

Group Interventions

In your organisation you may find that some employees or managers are experiencing the same frustrations or blocks to performance. We design group interventions to overcome these challenges using an accelerated learning format. We offer a diagnostic assessment initially, then provide either a standard workshop or a workshop tailored for your specific requirements. As all learning depends on the participant’s interest and engagement, we accommodate all learning styles and encourage participation, responsiveness, experiential exercises, movement and celebration.

Performance Breakthrough Challenges

When training is coupled with coaching, transfer back to the work place is as much as 88%. (Int’l Personnel Management Association). We offer Performance Breakthrough Challenges to take advantage of this by combining group interventions with subsequent follow up via additional workshops or coaching. Each challenge is tailored to the needs of the organisational outcomes.

Breakthrough Challenges can look like this:

  • One / two days training, focusing on the desired result. Followed by three weekly 2 hourly training sessions. This provides deeper learning and further embeds the new behaviour, shares successes and focuses on the performance breakthroughs.
  • One / two days training focusing on the desired results. Followed by weekly coaching sessions for three weeks per participant. Coaching is either face to face, via the phone or Skype.

Consulting

We offer consulting in two broad areas, 1. employee attraction and retention and 2. business strategy and sales achievement. Within these areas, specific consulting can include,

1.Employee attraction and retention – designing recruitment strategies, including behavioural interview training and psychometric assessment, succession planning, developing leadership capability, performance management and team engagement strategies.

2.Business strategy and sales achievement – creating targeted growth plans, communicating vision, sales capability diagnostic, developing training to support sales strategy, devising incentive programs, developing management capability.

Psychometric Assessment

Psychometric assessments provide insight into a person’s personality, skills, abilities, motivations, emotional intelligence and ability to cope with the demands of an existing or new role.
